Courtroom and war room set up and break down
Revise outlines and maintain trial notebooks
Maintain exhibit lists and binders
Communicate with clients, local counsel, and courts
Take trial notes and track admitted exhibits 
Coordinate with the court reporter for daily rough drafts and final transcripts
Confer daily with the law clerk on the daily admitted exhibits
Prepare jury binders
Reconcile admitted exhibits list and jury binders with opposing counsel before submission to the jury
Coordinate daily deliveries, lunches, and snacks for the trial team
