Hourly rates are billable in tenth hour increments and invoices are issued weekly.  Hourly rates are generally all inclusive of reasonable document related expenses such as printing, copying and scanning.

Training on most software (Keith):  $250/hr

Transcript Synchronization (ASCII to Audio or Video):  $75/video hr
